I read somewhere that Cayman's had a tremendous real estate market for years, I guess so. As people I have met have told me that the Cayman real estate market is a promising market.

This accommodation on four levels comprises, on the entrance level: living/dining room with fireplace and access to south-facing porch and a large terrace to the west; fully fitted and equipped kitchen. First floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite. Top floor: further bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the roof terrace with views to the sea Upstairs: large bedroom with plenty of cupboard space and overlooking the patio; large fully renovated bathroom. The property was a 2-bedroomed/2-bathroomed house before and can be converted back if necessary.
